Surtout\u00a0les nouveaux \u00e9lus devront assurer l\u2019ensemble des pr\u00e9rogatives qui incombait \u00e0 chaque ancienne instance.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons travaill\u00e9 depuis deux ans \u00e0 la formation de vos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux afin de pouvoir au mieux pr\u00e9parer et n\u00e9gocier cette transition si importante.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 deux r\u00e9unions o\u00f9 nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un document de propositions concr\u00e8tes de 13 pages qui regroupe toutes nos demandes, la reprise des acquis de l\u2019ancien accord sur les moyens allou\u00e9s aux repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ainsi que tout ce qui nous para\u00eet important pour le fonctionnement et la mise en place de la nouvelle instance, le <b>CSE<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris des demandes du syndicat majoritaire, ou plut\u00f4t l\u2019absence de demandes de celui-ci, m\u00eame pas un mot sur une \u00e9ventuelle augmentation du futur budget social (source de tous les avantages dont pouvait vous faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier votre ancien <b>CE<\/b>).<\/p>\n<p>Pour notre part nous avons propos\u00e9 une revalorisation \u00e0 0.80 % (moyenne nationale), actuellement il est de 0.42%.
