Car le budget allou\u00e9 par salari\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas Augmenter, car la direction d&rsquo;Iliad ne le souhaitant pas \u00e0 ce\u00a0 jour.<\/p>\n<p>Il restera donc \u00e0 115\u20ac par personne \u00e0 ce jour.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes ces modifications ont pour origine le fait de devoir respecter la loi, qui jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent offrait une tol\u00e9rance sur l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 comme crit\u00e8re pour distribuer les avantages.
