Nous n\u2019attendions pas n\u00e9cessairement des augmentations spectaculaires, mais les propositions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sont bien en dessous de nos attentes. Comme d\u2019habitude, l\u2019entreprise se contente de suivre l\u2019inflation de 2024, soit environ 2 %, sans aller au-del\u00e0. Cela signifie que la masse salariale ne sera pas augment\u00e9e davantage, en se basant sur l\u2019inflation au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Les retours des salari\u00e9s, recueillis via notre questionnaire et notre enqu\u00eate en cours (nous vous invitons d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 y participer pour partager vos points de vue), montrent une fois de plus que les salaires, et surtout le pouvoir d\u2019achat, ne r\u00e9pondent pas \u00e0 vos besoins essentiels : se loger, se nourrir, et maintenant se d\u00e9placer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">La CGT a toujours d\u00e9fendu l\u2019id\u00e9e que les augmentations doivent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier en priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui en ont le plus besoin, souvent au d\u00e9triment des plus anciens, qui ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019augmentations plus importantes il y a 15 ans. Aujourd\u2019hui, alors que les m\u00e9tiers \u00e9voluent technologiquement mais pas en termes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, il devient de plus en plus difficile de justifier une baisse du pouvoir d\u2019achat. L\u2019entreprise communique r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur des objectifs atteints et des profits r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, mais la redistribution de ces profits n\u2019est pas \u00e0 la hauteur. Le moment est venu de changer cela. Sans une v\u00e9ritable redistribution, la signature de la CGT, qui repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de 45 % des voix aux derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections, ne sera plus syst\u00e9matique, comme elle l\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 ces 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Lors des derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections, nous avons constat\u00e9 qu\u2019une minorit\u00e9 de salari\u00e9s s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 ces questions de salaire et de conditions de travail, avec moins de 40 % de participation. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes \u00e0 un tournant d\u00e9cisif. Aucun syndicat repr\u00e9sentatif dans l\u2019entreprise ne peut signer seul le prochain accord ; il faudra au minimum deux syndicats pour le valider. Comme par le pass\u00e9, l\u2019entreprise compte probablement sur un syndicat en particulier pour signer, mais seul, il n\u2019aura aucune chance de faire appliquer l\u2019accord.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Les 60 % d\u2019abstentionnistes sont \u00e9galement concern\u00e9s par les futures augmentations. Seuls vos retours et votre m\u00e9contentement pourront faire comprendre au groupe, et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 Protelco, que la r\u00e9partition de la richesse doit se faire maintenant, via les salaires, et non uniquement une fois par an avec des op\u00e9rations sp\u00e9ciales d\u2019int\u00e9ressement ou de participation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">En ce lendemain de 1er mai, nous appelons tous les travailleurs et travailleuses \u00e0 prendre conscience que seules leurs revendications collectives peuvent aboutir \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats concrets. Ceux qui pensent encore pouvoir n\u00e9gocier seuls une augmentation seront probablement les premiers \u00e0 d\u00e9missionner.
